All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. If you want to place an order from the rest of the world kindly DM us we can help you with completing the order.

Customs Duty and Country Taxes (Only for Orders Outside UAE)
Customs duty and any other country taxes are excluded from our price. All orders from UAE to the rest of the GCC may be subject to customs duty and varies from country to country. Our delivery partner will notify you of any customs duty and we request the buyer to pay it during delivery.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@hathistore.com with a photograph of the damaged item.
